Its interesting how the word beauty at first glance reminds people of something that appears to be attractive. But beauty is not only about perception, beauty comes from a feeling that starts deep within and seduces all of our senses.
The things in life that are beautiful are more than visual. The cool breeze, sound of a seashell and smell of the ocean is beautiful to me. The vibration you feel when someone releases infectious uninhibited laughter is a thing of beauty because it makes you feel wonderful in that moment. The smell and touch of a baby’s cheek is amazingly beautiful especially when you understand that that precious soul is God’s most beautiful gift of all and has many things in life waiting to be discovered and enjoyed.
The thing I have always felt was most beautiful in a person is a genuine smile or laughter and when eyes light up from joy or wonder.
There is beauty all around us, you just have to stop and take it all in. I have always loved nature and to see a budding flower, a butterfly, a sunset, freshly fallen snow or two birds cuddling close is the purest forms of beauty. Its natural, there are no touch-ups, no pretense, no untruths.
Most importantly beauty can be found in the acceptance of other people and giving yourself freely to others. Beauty truly is found deep within someone’s soul and in the deepest recesses of the mind.
The social communities formed between people of all walks of life from all corners of the globe who are intent on sharing opinions, knowledge, positive energy and higher forms of love is the best beauty that I have found this year and it equates to the highest form of freedom you can achieve: the freedom of your soul and mind to feel love, joy, pride, acceptance, confidence and accomplishment in the expressions and words from people who feel connected to you by choice not obligation.

The old phrase, “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder” seems to be spot on in regards to your post.
One thing that’s awesome about social networking groups is that people are judged by their ideas – and not their socio-economic status, the style of their clothes, the car they drive or the zit on the end of their nose.
Beauty – truly – is beautiful.
